Terms, Conditions, and Cancellation Policy:
When you made this reservation, you agreed to the following cancellation policy and charges. You agree that you are of Legal Age of 21 to enter into this agreement.
All credit cards are run for the FULL amount of your reservation 30 days before check-in. Any changes that are made after the credit card has been charged will include a 3% fee (minimum of $5.00).
If you cancel your reservation Thirty-One days (31 days) or more before check-in, we will charge your card a 10% cancellation fee, with a minimum charge of $54.99 for the cancellation. No exceptions.
If you cancel your reservation Thirty days (30 days) or less before the arrival date of your confirmed reservation, you will be liable for the full price unless we are able to re-book your room. This option is not available if you book 8 days or less from your arrival date. If you book 8 days or less before your arrival date, you are responsible for the reservation and will not be refunded if you cancel.
You agree that if the number of guests decreases within 30 days of the arrival date you will still be billed for them.
You agree that a charge equal to a one-night rental will be billed to your credit card for unauthorized late check outs. You agree to pay for all the goods and services and all applicable taxes that you, or those using your account. Weather conditions are not a valid reason for cancellation; however, if roads are impassable according to the Texas Department of Transportation, a different cancellation policy may be instituted. Any loss or damage incurred to the property during your stay will be billed at owner's discretion. Smoking is NOT allowed in Flagstone Sunday House. A $100.00 surcharge PER DAY will be charged for guest smoking IN Flagstone Sunday House.
